1. User Governance and Identity
Access to Digavo services requires the creation of a unique identity. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and the actions performed under your account. We treat every interaction associated with your identity as an authorized action by you. In instances where unauthorized access is suspected, the user must notify Digavo immediately via official channels.
The use of temporary email services, bot identities, or fraudulent personification is strictly prohibited. Digavo reserves the right to verify user identities through secondary authentication methods if system integrity is at risk.
2. Acceptable Use and Restricted Conduct
Our digital platforms are designed as immersive environments for recreation and skill development. Any attempt to reverse-engineer software, manipulate game mechanics through external scripts, or exploit vulnerabilities is considered a direct violation of this agreement.
- Data Harvesting: Automated scraping of leaderboard data or user profiles is prohibited.
- Economic Manipulation: Selling, trading, or transferring game credits outside of authorized in-app surfaces.
- Structural Interference: Any action that places undue stress on our server infrastructure is strictly monitored.
Liability Thresholds
Digavo provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of game servers.
Under no circumstances shall Digavo, its directors, or its tech partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the applications, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
